PART I Exercise and Arthritis with Leslie Mukogawa. Leslie Mukogawa, DPT -Licensed physical therapist at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Ms. Mukogawa received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California, and served her residency at Kaiser Permanente. Ms. Mukogawa is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Ms. Mukogawa’s clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, orthopedic, and pediatric physical therapy.
