Dr. John received his doctorate degree at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Medicine, and conducted his medical residency at John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii. Dr. John has been practicing medicine in the field of rheumatology for over 30 year. with positions at Straub Clinic and Hospital and Honolulu Medical Group in addition to his current position at The Queen’s Medical Center. Dr. John is an Associate Clinical Director of Medicine at the University of Hawaii. and has contributed to scholarly journals and research in the field of rheumatology. Dr. John is a member of the American Medical Association. American College of Rheumatology, and the Hawaii Medical Association, and has served on the Board of Directors of numerous local medical and non-profit organizations.
