On Monday, December 13, commencing at 6:30pm in the cafeteria of Kalani High School a public hearing will be held to hear all persons interested in the report of consolidation of the Kalani Complex elementary Schools. Public testimony may be submitted at the hearing or E-mail: doe_info@notes.k12.hi.us. For D.O. E. phone related inquiries call 808-733-4952. Following the public hearing, the D.O.E. will submit a recommendation to the Hawaii State Board of Education on whether and when Lili`uokalani elementary School should be closed.
